This should do what you want - but first, remove all the trailing spaces from your data labels / column headers!

Hi, thank you so much as your code really did the work for my file. But what do you mean by "Remove all the trailing spaces"? Can you direct me to where I should do it as i guess that's what's causing the code to perform very slow.
For example: From!B21 has 3 spaces at the end of the text. This means it doesn't match the value in To!AE1, which has 2 spaces at the end of the text. We need the labels in From to match the Column headers in To: this will work best by eliminating all the trailing spaces (spaces at the end of the text).
