Administrative Note:

    Welcome to the forum.

We would very much like to help you with your query, however you need to include code tags around your code.

Please take a moment to add the tags. Posting code between
Please Login or Register to view this content.
tags makes your code much easier to read and copy for testing, and it also maintains VBA formatting.

Please see Forum Rule #2 about code tags and adjust accordingly. Click on Edit to open your post, then highlight your code and click the # icon at the top of your post window. More information about these and other tags can be found here

I will do it for you this time.

    Administrative Note:

    Welcome to the forum.

We would very much like to help you with your query, however the thread title does not really convey what your request is about.

Please take a moment to amend your thread title. Make sure that the title properly explains your request. Your title should be explicit and not be generic (this includes function names used without an indication of what you are trying to achieve).

Please see Forum Rule #1 about proper thread titles and adjust accordingly. To edit the thread title, open the original post to edit and then click on Go Advanced (bottom right) to access the area where you can edit your title.

(Note: this change is not optional. No help to be offered until this moderation request has been fulfilled.)

If it's hard for you to create/understand a title, how hard is it to understand a bad title for our members helping you for free on their spare time? The effort should not be theirs, but yours.
When one understands what one is trying to accomplish, an understandable title is not that hard to find, and you will get answers much faster as members tend to look at the thread title before reading the post.

Question Re: How to remove certain characters after a slash

To be honest I have my own website. I made it really easy, like abc for posting. on my website I put question mark ? When some one clicks question marks next to tile box, it clearly shows how the title should be, and I gave them example. very very easy to understand at the same spot.

Your website. 1. Edit post should be on top not in the middle. 2. Picture, code etc should be easy. Should have boxes. Put formula here, and post question here, attachment here, etc. Please read google survey, Now a days maximum website load should be 2 minutes otherwise 70% leaves the website. Things have changed from 20th century.
