Macro to open workbook and copy data into active workbook

Hi guys,

I just need a simple macro which import data from a file (B).
So when the macro runs it asks which file you want to import.
It then copy's and pastes the data from file B into file A on a specific sheet (sheet1 for example)
Then closes down file B.

Thoughts?
