Macro for deleting cell when "yes" or "no" shows in column R

Hello I need macro.
See attachment.
There is source list, here Iam filling "yes" or "no" or "???" and this sheet is connected to column R in Sheet1.
When I fill "yes" in source list it shows in Sheet1, but when that happened i need to delete "x" in range T:W in the same row. But only in row where "yes" showed.
