VBA - column width and row heights resize themselves

I have reports from excel and want to email in outlook. When copying the reports from excel to outlook, column width and row heights resize themselves.

but still column and row auto resize in outlook.

I found out that outlook has only limited space that's why my table auto resizing on its own.
