Using Excel to create a hierarchy SMart Art

    I currently have code n place to generate a smart art diagram based on the input of cells as shown below.

    ``````````````````````````````````````````````````
    However, the code is basic and slows down by excel making it non responsive until it has finished the code. Also, i would like to add more features into the smart art tree, for example if the columns with AS and FC as headers has a Y in, a tick would be generated on the smart art tree for the corresponding node, and the opposite if it was a N. Also, the status of the project e.g. delivered, WIP,N/A would be able to change colour of node.
    There is a lot of information here so i hope it makes sense, if not please feel free to ask me.
    I appreciate if anyone can give me an insight or advice on how to do this. My VBA experience is basic and not advanced.
    Thank you
    Administrative Note:
    Welcome to the forum.
    We would very much like to help you with your query, however you need to include code tags around your code.
    Please take a moment to add the tags. Posting code between
Please Login or Register  to view this content.
tags makes your code much easier to read and copy for testing, and it also maintains VBA formatting.
    Please see Forum Rule #2 about code tags and adjust accordingly. Click on Edit to open your post, then highlight your code and click the # icon at the top of your post window. More information about these and other tags can be found here
    I did it for you this time. Please read forum rules. Thanks
