Name sheets after adding multiple

I have a macro that adds sheets depending on how many the user wants. I am not sure how to name them since the number of sheets required will differ depending on the user.

Here is the code that adds the sheets:

What would I need to add to name the added sheets? I would use an input box here too since the names change often. See my first attempt below:
