How to generate letters as attached

Hi all,

Could someone help me with this to generate letters as in Test Final Result Sent.
I have a Excel spreadsheet with some data and that data need to be used to generate a letters as in Test Final result Sent. The content will be same, but School name, address and the Student names change. I am not good at programming, if someone can write a program that will help a lot.
