Hi everyone,
Attached are the Excel Userform/spreadsheet and the Word Template.
So far what I have created is when we get visitors at my work, they will sign in using the Userform, the data will then be added to the Visitor Log Tab, and will look in the ITAR Forms tab to see if there name is already in the spreadsheet. If not it will pop up another Userform for them to fill out, which will then add the data to the ITAR Forms table when they hit submit, and will also add them to the Visitor log tab.
What I am looking for is once they hit either Sign In or Submit, the Name, Date, Badge Number, Contact, and the Level, will transfer to the Word template and print out a label for our visitors (I have already added bookmarks added to Word).
Name, Date, Badge Number, and Contact will be from the Visitor Log tab, Level will be from the ITAR Forms tab
