find value with macro

In My excel sheet1 === name, date, cash, advance, total/name ((("advance" is permanent)))
with vb I made a simple userform and with this form i can add data easily with data button
now i want find the values with search box
ie when i put name in search box and click search button want get the data in "advance" box and "total cash/name" box
please share your knowledge for solve this

Rather than use a textbox I have used a listbox that filters out unique names.
the calculations are done by two arrays.
I have made both listings into 'Tables'
