Adding IFERROR Statement to a Formula

I have the following code:

I need to be able to add IFERROR to it, however, I am having trouble doing this. It needs to resemble something like the following:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

This isn't working and I can't figure out why after reading up on the error messages online. Any advice?
