VBA - issue - Runtime error 1004

Hi

I've created some VBA that works fine for me, however, when another user attempts to use it she gets the dreaded Runtime error 1004. I test that the W:\Parent Participation\DfE project\Invoices and Expenses\BenDashboardLink.xls link works for her and she can access this. She has enabled all macros.

What I do note is that the runtime error code is stating the issue is with a filename that is not even in the VBA code (see attached picture)

I've replied to this twice now, but it doesn't seem to be appearing, I'm not sure why.

Why does the target spreadsheet that my source data gets saved to have to be macro-enabled (.xlsm) my source sheet where this code exists is saved as .Xlsm so I don't see why the destination sheet (BenDashboardlink) has to be .xlsm.

Hi Pepe, I've just realised what I was doing, I was clicking on the +reply to Thread button above this window rather than the Post Quick Reply button. It was my own stupidity not the website.

From what I can tell, both sheets are in the same workbook so, as the workbook is now macro enabled, the workbook needs to be saved with the .xlsm extension.
