In C2, I need a result as 31-12-2019 (DD-MM-YYYY format). It shoud change automatically if I chage the date in B2. More examples as below

    If I enter 25-03-2019 then the result should be 24-03-2020
    If I enter 12-10-2019 then the result should be 11-10-2020

    Surround your VBA code with CODE tags e.g.;
your VBA code here
The # button in your menu for the forum editor will apply the CODE tags around your selected text.

    Or = EDATE(B2,12)-1
