Use formula on "Refers to" when creating a named range

So I currently have the line of code:

But instead of RefersTo:= Selection, I want to be able to use

    =DESREF(Worksheet!$Y$2;0;0;CONTARA(Worksheet!$Y$2:$Y$[MyVariable]);1)

[MyVariable] would be calculated before getting to this point in the formula. The idea is to create a dynamic range not much bigger than the actual range is, but with enough room to manual inputs if needed, probably something like K+10 or K+50. Is it possible?
