Button to Send email & auto add email address from cell

Hi there, wonder if anyone can help.

I am looking to get out 3 functions from sending email from Excel.

1: A Button to send either a new email with set text in the body & subject OR open a template email saved in a folder on computer.
2: Auto enter the email address based on the value of a cell.
3: Auto enter their name based on the value in a cell.

Is ths possible?

All possible but it would be easier to work with a copy of your workbook. Do you need to send as an attachment or as a pdf file??

Hi nigelog,

Thank you for replying to me, I have been on holiday, which is why I haven't updated the post.

Anyway I have attached the sheet this time (which I thought I'de done in the first place).

After re-looking at the sheet I'm not sure how it would actually work as I haven't fully explained what I want.

1: The sheet is for fitness plans & there will be multiple people editing so want to reduce the chances of mistakes.
2: There are 4 contact point dates where we follow-up with the client (week2, week6, week12 & week24).
3: Ideally I want a button at the top of the column for that follow-up date that will auto create a new email with certain text in OR open a template email on the shared drive.
4: Ideally it will auto-emter enter the name & email address of the person we are currently dealing with (but that is where it probably becomes a pain in the backside to actualy sort out). If this can't be done then just a button in the column header to send new email (as in point 3)
