Copy selected data from form control combobox in excelsheet

Hello everyone,
I am having a drop down list in excel sheet which have certain list of data .... I want to copy the selected data of drop down box in specific cell in excel sheet..
I am stuck at this point..

Thank you for ur reply... but it seems to have activex combobox... whereas I have a form control combobox(i.e Drop down box).. I need to copy data selected by that drop down box into cell in excel sheet..
