VBA code to hide sheets based on user input

hii..

PFA the Demo file..

INDEX sheet contains the name of all the sheets in the workbook.

I want when user enters 2,3,14 in InputBox so it should hide "Interest Calc", "Diff Liability" & "3B Multi Month Report" sheets based on Table of Contents & not based on the actual order of sheets.
