    Email button for cell range

Hi All, I've looked through various email posts here but not seeing anything that has helped me.
I want to be able to email to a preset email address the details which have been entered into a row.
For example I populate cells A1 to R1 and would like cell S1 to have a button which would email the contents of A1:R1
This would need to be repeatable for each new row of data added.
It does not need to be a button, it could be triggered by a cell being updated.
For example Q1 is a "completed date" cell. Currently this adds the current date when another cell has data added.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards Maax

    Hello maax555,

You have left out some critical details in your post.

What will the format of the these cells look like when emailed?

Will all rows being going to the same email address?

If the answer to the above question is no then is there another cell that holds the email address?
    Sincerely,
    Leith Ross

Re: Email button for cell range

Hi Leith, thanks for your interest.

Currently yes all data will be going to the same address.
Currently only one address required. I do have a tab within the sheet called datatab for pulling up lists etc so could go in there for future flexibility.
All 12 cells that I wish to email are in the same row and run for example A3:R1.
Now you have mentioned it, it would be great in cells A1:R2 (info header)could be included with the data and the row of data lined up below for easy reading.
I have seen something similar on this forum where the last column is a drop down list and once "send email" is selected the macro/VBA runs. Ive not been able to adapt it yet though.
I have attached a file for clarity.

    many thanks.
