Hide Ribbon, Formula Bar, Gridlines, Heading

I know it's possible and have tried searching the FORUM, but couldn't find the exact answer. I have built an Excel model and would like the Workbook to OPEN without the Ribbon, Formula Bar, Headings, and Gridlines displaying BUT only for this workbook, without effecting other workbook that may be open or will be opened later.

I know it's an easy VBA code, but am unsure exactly how to do it. I'm working with Excel for Office 365 (32 bit).
PS I'm not a VBA expect

    Thanks

Excellent.. thank you... but this also hides the Quick Access Toolbar... I need end users to be able to save changes, but I suppose I could include a Button with macro to "Save Changes".. any comments ??

    Hello SimonCampbell,

    Thank you for the feedback.

I need end-users to be able to save changes...
Would it then be o.k. if we make the ribbon available for the users, should they want to save other changes as well?
