Copy rows from one sheet to another based on value

Hi,

I've been working on this thing for a while, tried using another macro from a similar workbook to help me out but could not get it to work. I have info from one tab (The "Update Tab") that different departments do certain things. I'm trying to get it setup where when they choose what site they work from on the checklist tab, it will copy over the rows with an X in it onto the next tab. Hope that makes sense and hope someone is able to assist. I've been googling and trying to get help for a while and can't figure it out.
