Create new column with values

Hello,

I have a panel database and I would like to create a new column with the country name. Currently, the name of the country appears in the same column with the date. To make things clear, I attach a sample file with the current form of the data in Sheet 1 and the required output in Sheet 2. The same country appears many times in the database.

If anyone could help, I would greatly appreciate this.
