macro to un-hide all sheets and columns/rows

Hello all,
I am struggling trying to find a quick code that basically when macro is launched, all worksheets currently hidden are made visible and all hidden rows and hidden columns in each sheet are also made visible?
I am trying to avoid going and record a long macro.

Sheets are many (variable in number too) and all with a different name.
