Excel does not lend itself easily to graphics. While it will support graphic images and limited drawing apps, it is imprecise in other respects to placement and sizing because the graphics are on a different platform than the basic Excel apps. You can use the Insert facility of Excel to install rectangles and circles.
Any code provided by me should be tested on a copy or a mock up of your original data before applying it to the original. Some events in VBA cannot be reversed with the undo facility in Excel.
