On Call Rota Macro

Hi Guys!
Macro novice here!
I'm trying to automate an on call rota. The rota runs monthly and has double shifts for weekend days where the same person would be working both shifts.

The different trades all have different numbers of people on call.

Also, the rota always has to be updated with changes after it's been published so ideally the macro would just run an output that wouldn't break if I have to change something.

Anyone have any suggestions for how I could do this?
