    Conversion of old excel macro's

    Hi,

The when I try to open the attached file using O365, it gives the following message "Opening the VBA project in this file requires a component that is not currently installed. This file will be opened without the VBA project. For more information, search Microsoft Office Online for "VBA converters. " it then prompts to click ok. The marcos then no longer work and the sheet is unusable.

is any body able to convert this for me as I don't have access to old versions of excel.

    Thanks
    Julian

What happened when you searched for "VBA Converters" - did you not find what you needed?

Please update your forum profile - 2007 is clearly no longer correct.

    Hello jsmity,

..however the attached wb has via macros that I believe will change the fields when I certain dropdown is selected.
I do not see any attached sample workbook.

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

    Regards.
