email a worksheet out of workbook to set email address

Is there a way to select and email a worksheet to a preset email address. I am looking to create a button that can do this. I work in a warehouse where 90% of the supervisors are "old School" and can barely operate a TV remote let a lone work with excel easily. If I can create a one stop shop "button" to do this (although I know it is simple) it will greatly help them and make them want to do the report rather than avoid it.

Quick question, can I change the default email application so I can use something other than outlook? My company mainly uses the web based office 365 for it's email.

Not certain as I have not attempted that here.

Give it a shot as is and see what happens.
