Extract information from raw data column a

Hi,

I am trying to improve on the speed of code that I use to create a report. I really would appreciate if some of you experts could help me out with this code that does a lot of looping. I seen some of the experts here improve on speed by non-looping means. This portion of the code takes between 8 and 9 minutes to run on close to 90,000 rows of raw data all in column A. These are two macros that I have that are extensive. Any help at all would be appreciated and thank you in advance.
