    Using offset to select cells ignoring filtered results

    I have a userform that will enable users to edit a database, I have an up and down arrow that scrolls through the database. I want to filter the database and use the userform to scroll through only the filtered results.

    to only select the items that are visible?

    You could simply loop while the next row is hidden:

    Thank you very much. When I used this, because the main data set (not the spreadsheet attached) has blanks, i think this caused issues, which I resolved by selecting a column that had no blanks on initializing the form.

    I came up with a subsequent error where if the data was filtered, the code from rorya allowed the button to go one below the extent of the table.

    I solved using the following, but it looks very ugly! Effectively I reversed the code to make it go back up, which I also used for the "UP" button.
