setting up an inventory management system with barcode scanner

Hi,

I am trying to set-up a inventory system so that a sheet is made with the barcodes and after that the quantity that we have in stock

then when someone scans the barcode of one of the products it deducts 1 from that product in the sheet

I have no idea what to do tho
