Export each cell to a TXT

Hello Ladies and Gentleman, im facing a situation here and I need your help.

I have Excel file with this information inside:

Cell A1: Client1, Cell B1: link/Client1.pdf
Cell A2: Client2, Cell B2: link/Client2.pdf

I have more than 5000 records and I need to create a txt file for each Client with this specifications: FileName: CellA1 and inside the file I need the CellB1 in the first line.

For example,

Client1.txt inside the file at first line link/Client1.pdf
Client2.txt inside the file at first line link/Client2.pdf

Any help?
