VBA for Protected Sheets

Hello guys this would be my first time to use VBA. I just want to ask for your help.
How can I run the VBA below in a protected sheet. I already tried some suggestions from other threads but still won't work. Can you help me on what's wrong?

I have also tried his, it worked at first but it makes my other cells completely editable or unprotected after running.

You could unprotect the sheet before you change A5000 then protect it again
