set named range according to A1 value

hi all
i'm traying to name range of date according to "A1" value
here is my code
after running this code
i see that it doesnt work properly
and few seconds excel forced to restart without saving
please help to edit this code

How to mark a thread Solved
Go to the first post
Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.

Click Save
