Toggle Button to hide/unhide rows with specific value

I have the following Command Buttons. One to hide & the other to unhide. I would like to combined both two just one Toggle Button. So when I click the toggle button to hide and when I click again to unhide. Fairly new to VBA. Is this possible?
The hide command button hides rows that have a Y in column E. The unhide command button unhides the rows from the previous command button.

Thank you. That worked perfectly. By any chance can we change the caption too. When clicked "hide received" and when clicked again "unhide received". I have attached an excel.
