Duplicate a work area N times , and increasing number in a cell

hi,
i have a working area, label type.

for each of my specifical situation, i need to complete this label and duplicate it n times .
But for each duplicate , in a specific cell i need that the number in this cell increase +1.

for example : i hade to duplicate the work area 35 times, in the last cell at the bottom on the left you can find X and 35.

So after had duplicate all the area i need to have
1 35
2 35
3 35
....
35 35

is it possible?
I need a number of duplicates as i set the N ( in this example N=35)
