Using cell data as input for web forms

Not even sure if this is possible but here goes.

I have a list of about 100 VAT numbers to check against this (http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/). As far as input goes it only needs a country (in this case currently only GB) and a number. There are two ways to do this. Either I cut and paste each one into the page and retrieve the data that comes back or (hopefully) I can automate it using VBA. As far as the loop through all the cells etc is concerned I'm fine with it. What I have never done though is try to pass info to a page to then get info back.

So the first question is can it be done, and if so how do I do it? If that doesn't work is there any other way you can think of to automate it (I really don't want to do this manually!)

Hi,

I am not an expert but for as far i have tried to send an receive in a web browser, VBA is not the best choice imo.

I would look at Phyton or something but off course that a whole different thing.
