Formula using reference to variable worksheet

Hello folks

My problem boils down to the code given. I want to assign a name to a worksheet and then use that name in a formula. I have tried some things, and im having trouble with the syntax.

The code is not happy about the Range("M18") reference which breaks my brain. Any suggestions are welcome.
