Everyday at the same time I get mail from a specific email adress with an Excel document. What I would like to do is make a script that extracts the data (which is Always in the same layout) that I get in the Excel document and add it to a current database with the same data (just other dates). At the moment I do this manually but I have heard it can be done with a script. This can save me much time.
The idea I have is this. Make a rule in Outlook that activates a script whenever a mail from the specific sender is received. This script copy - pastes all data to a masterdata file (underneath the already collected data). However im getting stuck at the script part. Hopefuly someone can help me.
