Copy Sheets with Cell Name (Different Sheets)

Hello Experts!

I'm trying to create a macro to "Copy & Rename" certain sheets of the workbook based on a Cell Value.

Attached you will find 5 Sheets (Name 1, 2...5) i want to copy them based on a column values "D" (Sheetname) and rename with column "C" values.

I try with an "IF" but i can only copy the first one... not the rest.

Attached you will find the excel file with the macro... I appreciate if some one can help me with a "FOR" statement or an optimal way to do it

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
