Excel formula required similar to VLookup

I am working on community project. Could you help me on information I need as follows:

I have an excel sheet
Date colB col C so on
12Dec19 x x
12Dec19 x x
12Dec19
13Dec19
13Dec19
14Dec19
14Dec19
14Dec19

In another sheet I need information based on Date (as header)

DATE ________ (#)

ColB ColC so on
Here all rows to appear for a particular date (#) data meeting criteria in above sheet
