SpecialCells Only Pastes Values???

I'm trying to use SpecialCells to copy and paste only visible rows (of a filtered list, in a single-sheet workbook named NewBook) onto a new sheet. Most of the columns contain values, but three columns contain formulas. I first copy the entire sheet (to create a new sheet with the same column widths as the source), then clear everything below the header row and paste in the SpecialCells data. My code is:

I notice that the pasted data is ALL values, even though the source sheet contains formulas. What gives? Does SpecialCells (for visible cells) only capture values and not formulas?
