Entry remain in textbox in userform

Hello all,

Please help me to resolve this issue. When I use the user form and click the “ClearEntry” button, the entire entry clears. Is there any way that the textbox 35 and 36 to remain in the userform unless the other users will use the form and they can just type it over to change the name Peter M. to their name.

I think the code in the ClearEntry need to be modified.
