Hard code to current date

I manually enter data into a dashboard from a number of different apps. I then enter the data using copy and paste into a summary sheet on a daily basis.

I am trying to hard code a range of live data down to a certain date every day once I have entered the data. I assume it has to be using VBA and I am struggling to make it work reliably. I have attached a summary sheet. I will be grateful for any help.

Try this event macro on the Summary sheet so that the data is updated (as values) each time it's selected:
