Will this code to disable AutoComplete work on all versions of Excel?

I have read the path to AutoEnable is different for various versions of Excel.
Can not imagine the same code would not work on all versions, but rather look like a dummy and ask than to not ask and look like a dummy!

That's a good question, I have seen posts with this going back to xl'07 don't know about before though.
