Referencing specific cell within a page code

Greetings,

I have created/adjusted a page code that works great except for one thing! I need a single part of the coding to reference a cell in a sheet within the workbook!

Here is what I have, and I need/would like to have the highlighted item actually reference a sheet called "References" and the cell referenced "L5"

I hope that I've given enough information??
