Copy data to another Sheet automatically

Hi

I am trying to copy data from one sheet to another, the data is only in certain cells and I want to do this by a control button. I also need the data to be e-mailed and then cleared/reset.

Sheet A "Booking" information entered in cells D6, D7 , F14 , F16 only
Sheet B " data" I need to copy the information from Sheet A cells D6, D7 etc into specific cells on Sheet B ..A1, A2 etc
Once sheet A information has been copied, I need to clear all the data from Sheet A in cells D6,D7 etc and send the info by e-mail automatically
I may use another button to clear the data on Sheet A , which isn't a problem.

When the next lot of data is entered on Sheet A, this needs to copy to Sheet B on the next column down , and so on for each entry

I have attached the spread sheet which I hope will explain what I need.

Booking Sheet
Copy D6, D7 D9 , F6 , F12 , F14, F16 and H18

This data need to be copied to Book data sheet to the corresponding column by the button, the next entry need to be copied to the book data on the next line down and so on
