    Excel 2016 - User form Not Adding New Row and Unique ID

    Hi there,

    I have set up the attached workbook and had it working where the userform added a new row/line into the data and assinged a record id, where it was 1, 2, 3, 4 etc. however this seems to have now broken and for the life of me I can't seem to fix it. And it is also now not even adding a new line.

    If you could please help that would be greatly appreciated.
