Macro needed to consolidate data from diff sheets

Hi all

wondering if someone can write a code that will automate a process that is pretty redundant / manual.

in the attached file, I have provided a sample sheet: Sample - delete after

In the "RUN" sheet, when I hit the "run" button, i would like the macro to copy / paste the links I have in the Sample - delete after into the FMIXXX_GJ_Upload_Format sheet.

I will delete the "Sample - delete after - as it's just for sample purposes. I would like the macro to copy the links from each cell reference and apply when i run the macro. The other tabs are updated bi weekly, so it would help to have this macro in place.
