Open different Excel file in a new instance with vba

Hi everyone,

Hope you are all doing well.
I have this code which works great in creating an excel file in a new instance.

What I would like however is, to click on a button which opens the open file explorer dialogue, select an Excel file of my choice and open that file when clicked in a new instance.

If that is possible, could you share the vba code with me?
