Select columns with names

My macro experiment returned this:

On that sheet I have named two columns (A and I). If you inspect the names in the RIBBON->Formulas->Name Manager you see this assignment: cn_job, =input!$D:$D, where "input" is the name of the sheet.

How do I use these names to rewrite the select above. I'd rather rely on these names than absolute references as the sheet will become very busy.
