SAVE AS & rename template help

I am using Excel 2013 & trying to make a macro.
I have a template & always need to "SAVE AS" & name it.
I need it to:

SAVE AS (still an excel workbook) & the file name to = D3_D4_B10_B17_H3

it can just save into the current folder where the template is.

Wasn't sure if you wanted is saved as .xlsx thats why i added & ".xlsx"
